This included 32 brake calipers, 22 alternators, 22 A/C compressors, 18 starters, 10 steering racks and eight turbochargers, as well as three EGR valves and one steering pump. One of the alternators covers over 70 VW Group vehicle applications including the Audi A1, SEAT Ibiza, Skoda Kodiaq and Volkswagen Golf. Turbochargers in the expansion cover Dacia, Ford, Infinity, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz and Renault. There is also an electric steering rack for more than 120 vehicle applications from Audi. The Bridgestone Dueler AllTerrain A/T002 uses a hexagonal block shape tread and is also certified with 3PMSF and M+S markings, meaning it complies with winter tyre legislation. According to the manufacturer, mileage has improved by 40% when compared to its predecessor, partly as a result of its footprint width, contact patch and skid depth. The new tyre is available in 43 sizes ranging from 15 to 19 inches. The 380x36mm front and 370x24mm rear discs can be bolted directly on to the axles. The fully floating disc allows the outer cast-iron friction ring to expand with temperature, eliminating warping. The discs are also grooved to allow the pad to vent without drilled holes, while G3500-grade high-carbon cast iron is used for the friction rings, offering greater crack resistance and an increased ability to conduct and then dissipate heat.
