The company provides robotic process automation (RPA) to automate lead generation and marketing tasks for automotive businesses, including phone calls, service bookings and test drives. Before joining AI Assistant, Helen was Head of CRM at Inchcape for over 10 years, and also worked at Mercedes-Benz UK, as well as in a number of marketing roles for retailers across the network. Commenting on her new role, Helen said: “I’m looking forward to helping to shape innovative product implementations for all our new customers, as well as working with our existing clients to find new ways they can use automation to unlock efficiencies and empower their people to focus on revenue generation.” AI Assistant Director, Ritchie Kelk added: “Helen has already proved to be a vital asset for the business as we have introduced our range of automation and AI solutions into the motor industry. As a senior management team, we are excited about the contribution she will make to the future strategic development of the business.” New specialist for Core Diagnostics Core Diagnostics has appointed Martyn Shaw as ADAS and Diagnostics Specialist. Previous roles for Martyn include 11 years in technical sales at Hella Gutmann. Martyn said: “ADAS, hybrid and EV technology is growing all the time and technicians are now required to be more like software engineers. There’s no doubt that remote diagnostics is going to be the next big area of growth in our industry and it’s exciting to be at the forefront of it with Core Diagnostics.” Core Diagnostics CEO Mark Fleming added: “Martyn’s knowledge – not only on diagnostics, but ADAS, hybrid and EV technology – is second to none. New BDMs for Maverick Diagnostics Two new Business Development Managers have been appointed at Maverick Diagnostics. Matt Oddie, formerly of Opus IVS, and Glenn Hopkins, who joins from GSF Car Parts, will cover the north and south respectively. Commenting on how he and Glenn are helping to bring Maverick’s offering to garages, Matt said: “Effective diagnostics is an important part of working on a vehicle.
