Previously, she was Head of HR and Business Support for the organisation where EDI was a significant focus. At that time, she was a key stakeholder in the IMI’s Diversity Task Force, in which she led the Physical and Non-Visible Disabilities working group. This work also complements the IMI’s There’s More to Motor perception campaign. Sally said: “It is an honour to take on this new role. I am passionately committed to ensuring constant learning in all areas of EDI. It’s vital that we ensure our own internal work for IMI colleagues is guided by the insights we have collectively gained. We also need to bring these insights to benefit the wider automotive sector.” Lesley Woolley, Chief Operating Officer at the IMI added: “Automotive employers are keen to make changes to become more inclusive, but many do not know how or where to start. Sally is already helping these businesses learn from each other’s experiences, challenges and successes.” You don’t mess with the Zodl: New CFO for Clarios Helmut Zodl has become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Clarios. He joined the company from GE Healthcare, where he was also CFO. Prior to that, he was CFO for air-con, white goods and industrial automation specialists Midea. Commenting on Helmut’s appointment, Mark Wallace, President and Chief Executive Officer of Clarios, said: "We’re thrilled to welcome Helmut. With his clear focus on sustainable growth and passion for innovative solutions, I’m confident he will make significant contributions to support our continued success.” Andrew Dickinson joins UKS Distribution Former United Aftermarket Network (UAN) owner Andrew Dickinson has come back to the aftermarket, joining UKS Distribution as Business Development Manager. Commenting on his new role, Andrew said: “I knew at some point I would want to come back to the aftermarket after selling UAN. UKS offers me an exciting opportunity to venture back into the aftermarket and help grow the UKS business. Obviously, my buying group experience will help our UKS offering and I am truly looking forward to meeting up with old friends during the coming months.” UKS MD Geoff Jones observed: “Andrew and I have known each other for a long time and when he was invited to come along and visit us here at our Halesowen HQ and warehouse it didn’t take too long before we both recognised an opportunity in the making. Immediately prior to joining Point S, Todd was Sales Director for a large independent UK tyre wholesaler, and he has many years’ experience in the tyre industry behind him. Todd said: “Joining Point S was the easiest decision of my career. It is important to me to be part of a global business that truly understands the strengths of its members.
