Steve will be responsible for the company’s product development as well as research and advanced engineering, helping to shape Eminox’s technology strategy for the future. Steve has nearly 30 years of experience within the industry having previously worked for Ricardo, Clean Air Power, and most recently Tata Technologies. Within these roles, Steve has led the development of technology with both global OEMs and for retrofit applications. Steve said: “I am looking forward to reinforcing engineering processes in the short term to support our programmes, developing a progressive technology road map that will drive our activities in the medium term, and creating a portfolio of research projects that will deliver new products into the long term.” Mark Runciman, operations director for Eminox, said: “We’re very happy to welcome Steve to the Eminox senior management team. His insight into the industry will be of great value to us over the coming years as the company enters a new phase of growth.” Celsus boost UK sales team Distribution company Celsus UK Ltd has boosted its sales team by bringing UK sales agent Graham Bosanquet into the fold. Having worked with Celsus previously, and being already well regarded within the 12 volt aftermarket segment, Graham is expected to hit the ground running thanks to strong network of relationships and his existing expertise. “Graham brings a wealth of knowledge on audio, sound proofing and accessory products so we’re delighted to have secured his services at such an exciting time for Celsus,” said managing director Paul Baker. “We’re sure Graham brings the skills needed to drive our business forward with UK car audio shops and specialists – many of whom he already knows well.” Graham will be working with all core product lines but with particular focus on KICKER, the US- made high-performance car audio brand which Celsus distributes in the UK. New key accounts manager at Ring Jason Smith has been appointed as key accounts manager within the UK trade division at Ring. Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, previously working as a sales executive at Denso UK, and more recently as a key account manager at Tetrosyl Ltd. Jason commented: “Ring has a family feel about it; from the moment I joined, I felt like part of the team. The enthusiasm of the management was like a breath of fresh air.” Nick Racklyeft, general manager of the aftermarket at Ring added: “It is great to have Jason as part of the team.
