Graham has run a wide range of recruitment businesses internationally, including HW Group, Robert Walters, Faro and FiveTen Group. According to Autotech Recruit MD Gavin White, the appointment is set to help drive the agency forward: “Demand for temporary vehicle technicians within the UK’s automotive industry is significantly gaining in traction and Graham’s knowledge and experience will not only enable us to grow as a company, but help shape recruitment within an industry which is rapidly evolving.” Graham observed: “This is a very exciting opportunity with an amazing business that is going to really make an impact on their market.” BM Catalysts expands export team BM Catalysts has expanded its export sales team, following the appointment of Gergana Donevska as one of its new Export Sales Representatives. Gergana moved to the UK three years ago, and went on to manage a range of international customer accounts for a high-profile multinational. At BM Catalysts, Gergana will be overseeing customers in the DACH region which includes Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Wiegert as its new Chief Executive Officer, as well appointing him to its Board of Managers. For the past 16 years Joel held several senior leadership roles with BorgWarner. Most recently he was the President and General Manager of BorgWarner Morse Systems. His career also included seven years of working for Dana Corporation. “After a rigorous search, the board concluded that Joel’s outstanding leadership skills, along with his strong track record of success, made him the outstanding candidate for the role,” said Dr. Stephan Kessel, Chairman of the Board of Managers. “Joel has demonstrated throughout his career the ability to work in different environments around the world leading to impressive results.” Joel added: “I am looking forward to leading the over 4,000 dedicated global employees and working together to deliver on our commitments to our customers, investors and to each other.”
