Graham has run a wide range of recruitment businesses internationally, including HW Group, Robert Walters, Faro and FiveTen Group. Wiegert as its new Chief Executive Officer, as well appointing him to its Board of Managers. For the past 16 years Joel held several senior leadership roles with BorgWarner. Most recently he was the President and General Manager of BorgWarner Morse Systems.
