Laura was previously CFO for Kenwal Steel Corporation, and for Urban Science. Her career also included senior financial and controller positions at a range of industrial organisations. Commenting on the appointment, Dayco’s Chief Executive Officer Joel Wiegert said: “Laura is a highly regarded operational finance leader with significant experience in automotive industries, data analytics and steel. Her breadth of experience in multiple ownership structures, and market conditions, as well as her hands-on- leadership style make her uniquely qualified to drive our financial strategy forward.” Laura Kowalchik added: “It is exciting to join the Dayco team during this time of transformation to drive strong discipline around financial results that focus on delivering stakeholder value.” Autoglass names People Director Autoglass has named Jo Fryer as its People Director. She joined the company over a decade ago, and prior to her new appointment, Jo was as Head of Leadership Partnering. Before joining Autoglass, she spent more than 20 years working in the HR function at RSA.
