James Harper will be working within the South West and South East regions to offer training on new products, processes and ranges within TMD Friction’s brand portfolio. James will also be the main contact for garages and distributors, visiting both to host training evenings and presentations on TMD Friction’s products and future technologies. Head of Technical Training Scott Irwin said: “With James’ extensive experience within the automotive industry working with garage equipment, he boasts a host of knowledge when it comes to brake systems. Most recently, James worked as a product promotor and technical trainer for Valeo UK, making him the ideal fit for the TMD Friction team where he’ll be required to provide training and assistance to mechanics and sales teams. As the TMD Friction brand continues to grow, we are dedicated to ensuring every employee is aware of best practice and the most innovative processes when it comes to brake replacement. This new appointment will help us with exactly that and bolster the technical department and sales offerings.” Syncron, the cloud-based aftersales service solutions provider has named Keith A. Charron as its new Chief Sales Officer and as an Executive Committee member. Keith Charron has more than 30 years of sales leadership experience, including 15 years of leading global sales organisations. He previously led worldwide sales and operations for Dassault Systèmes for more than 10 years, after a successful sales leadership career at Siemens PLM.
