Commenting on his new role, Lawrence said: “In the last decade I have seen Autotech Recruit grow significantly. During this time, we have discussed several technical developments and system integrations which would help streamline processes and drive the business forward, and I am now delighted that, as a member of the team, I can bring these plans to fruition.” New role created at Autotech Recruit ALGO names new Group Sales Director ALGO has appointed a new Group Sales Director. Jorge Gamboa has taken on the position, in which he is reporting directly to CEO Marco Meliga. Jorge has previously worked with ALGO as a consultant, managing sales and market development in Spain, Portugal and Mexico. He replaces Alessandro Cassina, who has left the company after eight years in the role. Marco Meliga observed: “ALGO would like to thank Alessandro Cassina for the support and the results achieved in the last eight years, wishing him all the best for his future and welcoming Jorge Gamboa for his new role.” Theresa Spencer has been named as the new Managing Director of Ring, following the retirement of outgoing MD George Skalski. Theresa, who was previously Financial Director, has been with Ring for four years and has oversaw the transition of the company from private ownership to its acquisition by OSRAM. Commenting on the retirement of her predecessor, who worked at Ring for 35 years, 17 of them as MD, Thresa observed: “I speak for everyone at the company as we wish George all the best in his retirement. He has been an extremely influential figure over the years and has left behind very big shoes to fill.” On her new role, she added: “I’m delighted to be given this opportunity.
