Stefan van Dalen is now leading HELLA Aftermarket, and is responsible for the company’s international spare parts and workshop business, while Christoph Söhnchen is the new Executive Manager for the Special Applications business segment. Stefan van Dalen has worked for HELLA since 2016 and most recently was head of the Corporate Logistics central function. Christoph Söhnchen has been working for HELLA since 2006. Commenting on the appointments, HELLA CEO Dr. Rolf Breidenbach said: "Stefan van Dalen and Christoph Söhnchen both bring many years of international experience to the roles. The Aftermarket and the Special Applications business segments are of great importance to HELLA, as they address other customer groups in addition to our automotive core business and therefore contribute to the stability of our business model." New appointment at Ring Jeremy Rochfort has been appointed as Business Unit Director at Ring, where he will lead the UK Trade team, as well as implement the sales strategy. Jeremy previously worked for Autoglass and its parent company, Belron, in various customer-facing and senior leadership positions. For the past nine years, he was National Sales Manager. He was also responsible for leading a team that launched the new Total Calibration solution to the accident repair sector. On his appointment, Jeremy said: “After 19 years at Autoglass, I was ready for a fresh challenge, and the role at RING presented a fabulous opportunity to take my career to the next level and get involved in the ambitious plans to push the company forward under the established OSRAM brand.” Welcome to Aftermarket’s new appointments section. She brings more than 30 years’ experience to the role, having held senior HR positions at household names including Amazon, Tui and, most recently, Premier Foods. Donna’s focus for the next 12 months will be on implementing LKQ Euro Car Parts’ People Strategy, through which branch managers are being empowered to manage key people decisions locally. Her appointment also creates a 41-strong HR department. Commenting on her appointment, Donna said: “This is an exciting time to join the business, when the aftermarket is going through a period of rapid transformation – in terms of evolving vehicle technologies and also managing the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. I know that we have a critical role to play as our trade customers adapt to change and prepare for the future, and our people are key to making that happen.” Donna replaces Dave Brookfield, who has recently taken over as Vice President for HR at LKQ Group in Europe, after 10 years at LKQ Euro Car Parts.
