The 2021 classroom schedule will help to bring more than 1,500 new hybrid-trained technicians up to at least Level 3 standard, as well as featuring courses on diagnostics and MOT training, and business support and customer service skills. Health and safety, HR compliance, business compliance and management courses will be added soon as well. AutoEducation is part of the LKQ Euro Car Parts workshop solutions division, which oversees the provision of training and equipment in the independent aftermarket. E-Learning: The RMI Academy e- learning platform lets testers complete their training completely online. The system contains guided self-learning and knowledge tests, and allows you to keep a record of your training. Classroom Training: Testers’ training and assessment can both be completed in half a day at RMI Academy of Automotive Skills training sites. An enhanced, full-day option is also available for Testers who would like in-depth training beyond the minimum three hours required. On-site Training: Annual Training can be delivered at your premises for up to six testers, providing suitable social distancing measures are in place within your business. The online assessment can be taken immediately after the course or at a later date.
