Schaeffler Technical Manager and REPXPERT, Alistair Mason commented, “The purpose of the REPXPERT concept is to put the needs of aftermarket professionals first, which is why it is so much more than simply just a parts catalogue, a technical resource or a bonus shop. Instead, it’s a complete package. It’s with this complete aftermarket solution concept in mind that we put together this online training session. If we can encourage more mechanics to sign up to REPXPERT, or get those already using the platform to use it more, we’ll hopefully make a big impact on the professionalism and profitability of the independent sector.” Alistair added: “Last autumn, the REPXPERT online portal was completely overhauled to incorporate a range of new and updated features designed to bring together all the information a mechanic needs to carry out their daily work. The new system saves time and makes problem solving easier, which is why we want to explain to technicians how they can benefit from the huge wealth of knowledge REPXPERT contains more effectively.” Links for further ‘Tea-break Training’ sessions will be available via: www.repxpert.co.uk Schaeffler ‘Tea-break Training’ – REPXPERT focus
