The motor was part of a plant that supplies heat and power to the hospital and nearby homes, but it would take 12 weeks to replace. 50 Controlgear and Enclosures New regulations come into force in January banning the use of certain refrigerants in enclosure cooling systems. They also cover the maintenance, certification, disposal and labelling of refrigeration equipment, and checking for leaks.
