34th ANNUAL BUYERS GUIDE FOR DRIVES, AUTOMATION, POWER TRANSMISSION AND MOTION CONTROL W elcome to the 34th edition of Drives & Controls’ annual products and services directory. For more than a third of a century, the Buyer’s Guide has been providing UK purchasers of automation, power transmission and motion engineering equipment, with easy-to-access information on who makes and sells what, and how to contact them. For many engineers, the Buyer’s Guide is a key reference source that they like to keep close at hand so that they can access information quickly when they are looking for details of who supplies particular technologies or services in the UK. The table format makes it easier to compare different suppliers. By the end of the year, the issue is usually well-thumbed! In addition to this printed version, there is also an online version of the Buyer’s Guide which you can access directly at www.drives-guide.com . Alternatively, the magazine’s Web site includes a facility for searching the online Buyer’s Guide. You can either look for companies by name, or search the site for specific technologies.
