HANNOVER MESSE PREVIEW The British Fluid Power Association (BFPA) will feature its Pavilion at Hannover Messe in Hall 21, Stand J13. Once again, the Association has secured a prime location and is looking forward to welcoming 6 companies to exhibit in the Pavilion. Pavilion exhibitors Abbey Seals Internatio nal Ltd Abbey Seals, established in 1983, is an Irish-owned company with offices in Dublin and Cork. Abbey Seals’ manufacturing hub in Cork is home to Abbey Seals Xpress, an express in-house manufacturing service for both seals and gaskets using only the highest quality materials. Abbey Seals represents some of the world’s leading manufacturers, keeping the company at the cutting edge of seal and gasket design and material development. Abdex Hose & Couplings Ltd Established in the UK in 1974, Abdex has evolved into one of the world’s leading manufacturers of specialist hose assemblies. Burnett & Hillman Burnett & Hillman will be exhibiting at Hannover Messe for the first time. The company has been manufacturing high- quality hydraulic adaptors and fittings in the UK since 1965. Its 33,000 sq ft purpose-built premises incorporates such innovations as an automated underground swarf removal and oil reclamation system, and the company can produce in excess of 36,000 components per day including finished assemblies. Custom Fittings On the BFPA Pavilion at this year’s Hannover Messe exhibition, Custom Fittings will promote recent enhancements to its JIC flare fitting range, including a built-in ‘O’ Ring adaptor in the cone. These 100% stainless steel fittings comply with SAE J514 and MIL- DTL-18866 standards are being introduced to the market with full DNV GL and Lloyds Register approval. According to Customer Fittings, the new offerings have already attracted a large amount of interest within the offshore and marine sectors due to their flexibility, high durability and reliability for use in these types of challenging and highly corrosive environments. Gemac Hydraulics Gemac Hydraulics manufactures and stocks one of the UK’s largest ranges of hydraulic adaptors covering all thread types and configurations with most items available off the shelf. The company also offers customer specials made to individual requirements on a fast turnaround with its latest single and twin spindle CNCs to satisfy customer demands for products at the right time and at the right quality. Gemac Hydraulics’ workforce includes many individuals with over 30 years’ experience in the adaptor manufacturing business. Webtec Webtec will be showcasing its latest range of hydraulic components and hydraulic test equipment at this year’s Hannover Messe 2019, which for the first time will include the recently launched CV120 series. Mattei Compressors Ltd Mattei manufactures a large range (1.5- 250kW) of rotary vane compressors. Now in its centenary year, the company draws on its century of engineering expertise to provide high quality and energy efficient rotary vane air compressors and related services. As part of the company’s centenary year of activities, it will once again take part in Hannover Messe. Visitors will be able to see a selection from its highly energy efficient range of rotary vane compressors. Teseo Srl Modular aluminium pipework systems provider, Teseo, will show its wide range of fluid power distribution systems, suitable for compressed air, vacuum inert gases and oils. Teseo’s track and trolley system ATS (Air Track Supply) has been designed to support tooling and to provide compressed air, fluids and electrical supply to any point along the track. ATS is manufactured from a modular extruded aluminium track which can be secured to a wall or any suitable structure. VPInstruments VPInstruments will be displaying and demonstrating compressed air flow meters and industrial energy monitoring solutions at this year’s Hannover Messe exhibition.
