He has over 22 years’ experience in the fluid power industry and has an in-depth technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and filtration. Dear has held senior positions within a number of market-leading companies, including sales director and UK product manager. He has successfully led multiple sales teams over the years and brings with him an extensive network of fluid power professionals.
