EnerMech, the global provider of integrated services, has made a key appointment as part of its next phase of growth, with Alex Goude joining the company as business development director for Europe. Goude’s focus will be on leveraging EnerMech’s engineering expertise to expand the company’s position in the energy and infrastructure markets across the region. Goude joins from award-winning engineering consultancy Hoare Lee where he was responsible for leading the firm’s strategy and business development activities. Prior to this, he spent over 15 years in the high-tech engineering and construction sector, holding director level positions with M + W Group and Costain. Goude brings with him a breadth of experience in business development, strategy, sales and marketing across the energy and utilities, advanced engineering and technology, infrastructure and maritime sectors. Flintoff joins the company from Linde Hydraulics, where he worked as a regional sales manager, covering the North of England and Scotland. Flintoff’s appointment underlines HOF Hydraulic Solutions’ commitment to push towards the next phase of growth, which has been the cornerstone of the company’s heritage for over 60 years. We are confident he will be a valuable asset to our company.” Sales manager appointment at HOF Hydraulic Solutions EDC Air Compressors develops its business with new manager Augmenting the EDC Air Compressors team is Gary Miller, a veteran of valves and a consummate compressor professional. With over 25 years’ experience in the business, Miller joins EDC Air Compressors as business development manager for its SCR range of compressors. Having spent the past 12 years in air-related products, Miller has previously been territory and area sales manager for well-known compressor companies. However, his breadth of experience also encompasses pressure relief products, including pneumatic actuators, gained while working at Dawson Bowman and JE Cockayne. Miller commented: “I’ve looked after accounts ranging from the national to the hard- working one-man-band, which has given me experience of a fantastic – and eclectic – mix of customers, all with different expectations.
