Hydraulics & Pneumatics November/December 2022

SPOTLIGHT Among the quick couplings created according to the ISO 7241-B standard, DNP Industriale has created a version capable of satisfying the performances required by API 16D, namely the “PBV BOP” series. The API 16D standard requires the coupling to resist without hydraulic losses in an external environment having a temperature of 700 °C (1300 °F) for at least 5 minutes. The “Lloyds Certificate” attests its certification. To differentiate these couplings from the standard ones, the male and female couplings are painted with red bands on the external body. This product series is currently available in ISO 12.5, ISO 19 and ISO 25 sizes. t | +39 039 877451 e | info@dnp.it w | www.dnp.it COAX VALVES UK has announced it has introduced the new FMX range of compact, high flow, stainless steel externally controlled valves.
