THURSDAY 23rd APRIL 2020 10.30am Robotics: A help not a hindrance Mike Wilson, BARA Mike Wilson will discuss how the growth of robotics will generate better ROI and productivity. 11.30am Emerging technologies to support industrial digitalisation Andy Sellars, strategic development director, CSA Catapult New and emerging technologies are expected to transform the productivity of manufacturing through industry 4.0. These technologies include sensors, high speed data communications and the capability to process big data, including artificial intelligence and quantum computing. This presentation describes its current projects involving high-speed data communications and visualisation sensors.
