He was previously Marketing Manager for Niterra UK, formerly NGK Spark Plugs. Commenting on his new role, Mark said: "I am excited to join ZF and take on this opportunity to help lead the marketing strategy within the team. am particularly drawn to the wide scope of the role, which includes supporting sales channels across passenger car, commercial vehicle, and Industrial sectors.” He added: “ZF's commitment to nextgeneration mobility projects and the passion of its people were key factors that attracted me to this position." New CEO for UFI Filters Group Stefano Gava has been promoted to the role of group Chief Executive Officer at UFI Filters, succeeding Rinaldo Facchini. Stefano was previously UFI’s Chief Operating Officer. He initially joined UFI as Group Chief Financial Officer in 2015, based in the Shanghai office. In2020 he became Chief Operating Officer Americas, based in Detroit, before moving to the group’s Italian headquarters to assume the role of COO EMEA in 2022. Last year he was recognised as a 2023 Rising Star by Automotive News Europe. Commenting on his new role, Stefano said: “I am honoured to receive this appointment and to take up the baton in leading the company through the challenges that the ongoing technological transition is setting us. Regarding this transformation, I consider it fundamental to continue investing in the technological innovations that will support the future of the company, and at the same time, integrate the new sustainability models promoted by our customers”.
