Salvatore joined LIQUI MOLY in 2001, and was Deputy Export Director for more than 10 years. In his new position he follows CEO Ernst Prost, who provisionally took over management of the export department in 2016. "Salvatore Coniglio knows the company inside and out," said Ernst Prost. "He is the right man to keep LIQUI MOLY on an international road to success." Salvatore Coniglio added: "We will reinforce our internationalisation policy. In Europe we want to make significant strides in Italy, Spain and the UK.” www.aftermarketonline.net TMD Friction appoints new regional sales director TMD Friction has appointed Stephen Willis as Regional Sales Director, responsible for sales and marketing for TMD Friction’s northern region, including the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Working across the Textar, Mintex, and Don brands, Stephen will define and develop the ongoing strategy for the brands to support customers’ distribution channels. Stephen has held a number of senior leadership positions at ZF and TRW, as well as being the former Managing Director and shareholder of Brake Engineering, the UK caliper remanufacturer. He said: “I am looking forward to bringing a new and dynamic approach to TMD Friction that will feed into the overall company strategy.” New names and new roles at Exol Exol Lubricants has appointed Anthony Eddowes to the position of Financial Controller, while Luke Abley has become the new Group Transport Manager. Anthony qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked in a number of accountancy practices for 15 years, before joining the metal pressings industry in 2014. Anthony is based at the company’s head office in Wednesbury. He said: “I am delighted to have joined such a well-established business within the oil and lubricants industry.
