He was previously a Divisional Director for LKQ Euro Car Parts. Commenting on the appointment, Justin Elliot, who leads LKQ’s Collision and Coatings business across the whole of Europe, said: “Andy is already proving to be a fantastic leader for the team, bringing a wealth of automotive expertise and a fresh perspective.” Meanwhile Mike Davis will take up the position of Sales Director, bringing with him over 35 years of experience across the automotive supply chain. New appointment at VW Aftersales Stuart Carr has been appointed as the new Business Development Manager within the Volkswagen Group Aftersales Commercial Programmes team. Stuart’s previous roles include Accessories Product and Service Product Manager roles at Audi UK, Area Operations Manager for ATS EuroMaster and After Sales Manager for the Vindis Group. He said: “With the tyre and oil programmes forming the main pillars of the new team, I will be at the heart of a division dedicated to offering high quality, commercially beneficial, aftersales opportunities across the Volkswagen Group retail network.” Volkswagen Group Commercial Programmes Manager Steve Glover added: “By merging the oils programme with the well-established and hugely successful tyre programme, we have now a synergy across all programmes and Stuart will be an important part of delivering that new proposition into the franchised dealer network.” NNew Head of Operations at asTech Paul Cunningham has been appointed as Head of Operations in the UK at asTech, a Repairify company. Previously, he held a range of positions at Hollander (Solera), ranging from Systems Architect to Head of Global Operations. Most recently, he was Change and Transformation Manager at Autoenterprises. Commenting on his new role, Paul said: “I’m very pleased to be joining asTech at a time when the UK operation is expanding its market penetration.
