Mark started his career in 2005 in sales within the industrial consumables realm, later moving onto marketing. In 2014 he joined Bosch Power Tool Accessories in Switzerland. He returned to the UK in 2020 as Head of Marketing at C.K Tools. Commenting on his new role, Mark said: “I am thrilled to join the Klarius team at such an exciting time for the business. The expansion and growth that the group is experiencing is fantastic and I’m very pleased to be able to get involved with the company’s success in both new and existing markets.” Klarius CEO Mark Brickhill added: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Mark to the team. Our company is growing, and we need people to help shape this growth into the future. From a marketing and strategic point of view, this is exactly what Mark will provide.” New President for KYB Europe Fumihiko Izumi has been made President of KYB Europe. He joined KYB in 1989, and in that time has held roles in in both Europe and Asia. Since 2017 he has worked in the automotive planning division, and became President of KYB Manufacturing Czech in 2020. He said his plans for the future are to “be successful in business throughout Europe as one strong team.” Fumihiko succeeded Takashi Saito, who had been President of KEU since February 2021. He has returned to KYB Corporation in Japan. New CEO for Yokohama UK Peter Fairlie has been made CEO of Yokohama HPT. Prior to joining the company, he was Managing Director of Prometeon (UK) and before that Retail and Fleet Director at ATS Euromaster. Commenting on his new role, Peter said: “Yokohama has already gained significant brand awareness and increased market share in the premium segment. I look forward leading the UK team as we move to the next phase of the company’s development.” New MD for PCL PCL has named Lee Wright as its Managing Director as part of a wider management restructure. He will be based at the company’s Sheffield HQ. Previously, the role was the responsibility of Joerg F Mayer as part of his role as Group Managing Director at PCL parent company HORNGROUP Holding. Joerg F Mayer has assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairman, while Roz Shepherd and Dean Battersby stay respectively as Finance Director and Company Secretary and Operations Director. Lee, who has been with the company since 2019, said: “There is a lot to do, we have a huge agenda, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to take things forward. Operations will be crafted around customer needs, beginning with spearheading improvements in our lead times, processes and workflows and new product development delivery; Meaning that service levels are streamlined to develop and enhance the customer experience.”
